I had to have some blood taken yesterday and since I have shallow veins the nurse took it from the back of my left hand. This morning I woke up with a very sore wrist. It hurts to put any pressure on it. Can you suggest something to heal the damage.

what you are going through is called as THROMBOPHLEBITIS i.e. injury/inflammation of vein's.my advice would be do ice fomentation,apply thrombophob gel,tab.ibuprofen for few days .
