What Is The Cure For Shooting Pain Inside Anus Which Worsens After Coughing And Sneezing?

Hi doc,iv had the worst shooting pains inside my anus/rectum the last 24 hours,its worse when i cough n sneeze. And the last few days iv had the worse dry coughs and im literally vomiting then it kind of goes down,but these pains are hurendous! Please help

Hi and welcome to HCM,
What is your age and occupation? This may be due to piles or anal fistula, anal abscess. Do you have rectal bleeding?.It can occurs with inflammatory disease of the bowel, localized infections. Sigmoidoscopy and Per rectum examination by doctor is necessary. Your doctor will prescribe antibiotics and pain relievers.
