What Is The Cure For Headache, Stabbing Pains In Face, Stiff Leg Muscles And Weak Muscles?

I have headache stabbing pains in face stiff leg muscles and butt pain in legs and butt exhausted like my heart and lungs are tired numbness in face left arm hand shoulder hurt ... Tinnitus all these things flare up . Muscles weak even my feet muscles! Been going on 8 years now ... So frustrated sick of it

It looks to be calcium,d3 and multivitamin deficiency.
Go for complete body profile investigations to rule out any underlying condition.
Also be watchful for blood sugar,B12 level.
Start treatment accordingly.
Take therapeutic dose of B12,folic acid,calcium,d3,zinc,minerals and other supplement.
Intramuscular injections of b12,folic acid will be helpful.
Eat good nutritious,calcium,protein rich diet.
Avoid any stress,anxiety.
Go for exercise,yoga regularly.
Keep regular follow up with your doctor.
