What Is The Cure For Eczema For A Diabetes Patient?

Hello sir I am Soudamini Mohanty , my mother suffering in eczema disease from last 6 months she is also a deibetic patient, that s why our local doctors unable to give her high doses or injections . Could you please tell me is there suggestion or process to cure her.

Hi... as your mother is diabetic and she is having eczema topical application with steroids and antihistamines to relieve itch can do.
if the skin overlying eczema is thickened steroid plus salisylic acid combination is used and if it is thin and wet steroid plus antiseptic combination is used.
if the skin is excessive dry a good moisturizing cream is used along with topical steroid.
initially use it twice daily and gradually taper it.
