i have lil bumps only on the upper part of my body, arms, chest, neck, and face ive tried itch relief creams and nothing and I know their not bug bites becuz my sister would be getting bit to. my body burns like its on fire but body is cold.. and I am 36 and have had chicken pox
I can understand your concern for the bumps only on the upper part of my body, arms, chest, neck, and face. I can make a possibility of Allergic dermatitis. In Allergic dermatitis there are eruptions along with moderate itching and in more aggravated cases there is appearance of more redness which persist for more than multiple of days.
The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications.
You can apply medium potency steroid cream application of fluticasone cream. You can additionally take antihistamine benadryl or loratadine by mouth.
Do not worry none of your symptoms are indicative of relation with chicken pox. So relax yourself !! Take care
