Hi. Thanks for posting on HCM

Recurrent boils in a patient warrants a blood sugar test and Pus Culture/sensitivity

I treat my patients with a week of oral antibiotics and further antibiotic courses if required are governed by Pus culture and sensitivity report.

Topical antibacterial ointment like 2% mupirocin twice daily helps in addition to oral antibiotics.

An OTC pain killer like ibuprofen twice/thrice daily will help you with the pain associated with them

take care
regards
