Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM. Acne is notorious to leave blemishes after healing, especially if manipulated. I would insist you to stop pricking/scratching of lesions. No treatment will be able to take care of you spots in such a short time and thus i would suggest you cosmetic camouflage (Make up) for the event. Thereafter, you can use cream containing kojic acid, arbutin,tetrahydrocurcumin etc on daily basis twice a day (Melaglow cream) to reduce the spots. You can also enquire from your dermatologist about other procedures like Chemical peeling and Microdermabrasion, which have good role in treating your blemishes. Also, make sure you use broad spectrum sunscreen on regular basis whenever you are out in sun.
