What Is The Crackling Sound In Lungs When I Inhale?

About 7 months ago I was diagnosed with community acquired pneumonia. I took a quick antibiotic course and it went away. I notice now that in my right lung upon inspiration there is a crackle that I can actually feel. If I cough it will go away but returns within a few minutes. Has the pneumonia returned or could this be asthma?
