What Is The Chronic Pain In The Upper Chest?

Hi my wife has been having a pain in her upper chest for a while. It comes and goes but it is located in between her breast but below her neck area. I would like to know what I could be caused by. I'm worried and would like an expert answer. Thank you very kuch

I can understand your concern.
Central chest pain is mostly due to acid reflux.
So telling her to follow these steps.
1. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
2. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
3. Take pantoprazole tablet on empty stomach twice daily.
4. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
5. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in bed to prevent reflux.
