i had started vomitting on wensday all day, and couldnt hold anything down the next day i threw up little, but not alot but i also held down a little bowl of soup and ginger ale, my stomach had been killing me for those to days and started hurting still on thursday, i had felt neausea but i never vomited, i had liquid, foul smelly, yellow diarrhea for those three days, and on the 4th day my tummy felt alittle more better i still feel neasea if i even eat a hald of sandwhich and i still have the same yellow, liquid, and foul smelling diarrhea, but i find little black spots some really small but a few the size of a pea, i wiped my butt and i started bleeding only once and i found a very light and fresh blood on the toilet paper. whats wrong?
