Carpal Tunnel Syndrome may be the culprit. There is excessive fluid storage in body because of hormonal changes of menstruation. There is pressure on the nerves / blood vessels passing below the wrist band through the carpal tunnel.
You may check your weight, decrease if overweight.
Check your Thyroid for hypothyroidism with Serum TSH blood test. Hypothyroidism is very common in females and leads to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
