What Is The Cause Of Vomiting?

my boyfriend started vomiting and he looked terrible; i thought hes busy dying; i found about 25 foils in his dustbin; with black residue; meth or heroin i dont know?? hes denying all of it. age; 42; suffers with muscular dystrphy as well; weigs just about 55kg; 6 3.

I really appreciate your concern, vomiting may not be due to narcotic but could be due to something in such case clinical examination is very necessary so better get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
