my daughter is 8 and complains of a tickling feeling in her chest . What could that be?

Welcome to HCM,
it seems that this may be due to early signs of having puberty age.
At this time puberty changes taking place like tickling sensation and change in shape of breast,growing of hairs in axillary and on pubic region.
