What Is The Cause Of Swelling In Penis During Erection?

hi I am having a problem with my penis. It swells when gets hard. The glans of the penis or the head of the penis swells more than normal when it erects. whenever i lowered my skin the glans swells showing purple colour. no pain occurs and foreskin is pulled down also easily. please recommend sme remedies without any operation for this.
