What Is The Cause Of Strain In The Left Eye, Numbness And Facial Twitching ?
33 year old female, 5 5 178 pounds. 3 weeks ago, felt finally suddenly felt like everything was going dark. Left eye felt strained. Walked like I was drunk due to poor balance. Lasted about 4 hours. 2 days later had an eye infection so thought that may have been the cause. Yesterday, started to get a visible pulsation in my chin . Today left side of face and chin feel slightly numb and visible pulse has moved to left side of chin. Left eye feels strained again.

Do you have diabetes, or High Blood Pressure or Hypothyroidism? Please get an evaluation done if you already haven't.
However, your complaint "Walked around like being drunk" now followed by "left side of face being numb" is a SERIOUS COMPLAINT. Please see a neurologist or at least a good physician As Soon As Possible, as this could be the symptoms of stroke.

An eye infection per se won't cause all these symptoms.
If you are experiencing blackening of vision lasting from minutes to hours with imbalance to walk and numbness its more of a neurovascular problem. Have your blood pressure checked and seek the help of a physician at the earliest to rule out any neurological problems.
