What Is The Cause Of Stomach Popping Through Skin?
I just felt my stomach try and pop out through my skin at my belly area as soon as it happened I pushed on the area out of reaction it hurt bad briefly but has gone away for now. I had just finished a set of sit ups when this happened, and I've gone a long time with no exercise. Is it a hernia? If so, what should I do now

you may be right but it requires a thorough clinical examination.meanwhile stop dinig excercises.if its hernia it may not reduce next time and strangulation may occur.
