What Is The Cause Of Spots In Vision And Dizziness?

I ve passed out twice the past few days. Never passed out before in my life. Now I have extreme dizziness whenever I stand, and I start seeing spots and my vision gets blurry after a little while standing. Also whenever I stand I am extremely nauseated, and vomit. I m 26 weeks pregnant. Should I be worried? Or is it normal in pregnancy?

it is linked to post pranidial problem. blood hemogram , urine for albumin, BPmeasurment, blood grouping along with that of husband. hyper emesis gravidarum is to be ruled out. if requered pregnidoxin tablet may be given. mantain hydration.
