I EAT A VERY HEALTHY DIET--TAKE SUPPLEMENTS LIKE CALCIUM AND VIT B12 , POTASSIUM AND MAGNESIUM FOR THE CALCIUM. MY NAILS ARE NOW SOFT AND RIDGED. HAVE HEARD THAT THIS IS A SYMPTOM OF SOMETHING. CAN YOU HELP? THANK YOU. p.s. I will be 70 yrs old.
