What is the cause of skipped pulse ?

Hi, I am a i am a 36 years old female and I weigh 120 kilos. I always keep getting either palpitations or left hand pain and shoulder pain and I some times get dizzy. I had a l4 and l5 disc removed three years back and three ligaments in my left knee are totally ruptured last year in a minor accident. I had TMT and ECHO done yesterday. I was not able to do the third phase of the TMT stress test that is the fast walking phase due to my ligament problem. But the doctor said that hence my maximum heart rate has been reached; it is ok as i went through the two phases of the excercise. My ECHO was normal absolutely and according to the doctor my TMT is also very normal. I had gone for this tests because; I felt pulse skip for the past ten days. Now the results are normal. do i have to worry about it or hence the tests came out normal; do i not need to worry. Please help me with this doubt as it is eating me off. I will be thankful to you.

Welcome to HCM,

As your echo and TMT is normal ,do not worry about your heart problem.

You have got very heavy weight and it should be reduced by any means.

Go for Lipid profile, thyroid and blood sugar and after reports go for treatment if require.

Quit sedentary life,do some light exercise like walking, swimming 30-40 mint daily.

Ok and bye.
