ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
These sensation you feel are because of the dysfunction of the tube .
The eustachian tube which is connecting the middle part of ear to the back of nose.
The tube function is to maintain the pressure between the throat and middle part of ear. When the tube is not functioning properly then the ear drum can not move properly and there is hearing loss.
During exercise there is natural secretion of adrenaline , which is a natural decongestant in the body.
You need not worry continue your exercises but do not try to pop in the ear from nose..
In doubt do reply.
