What Is The Cause Of Right Bundle Branch Block,st-t Wave Abnormality And Ischemia?

I recently went to a cardiologist, i am 29 years old and for a few years i have been experiencing palpitations, shortness of breath, neck and jaw tension and headaches. I had an ekg done and it came back with incomplete right bundle branch block and st-t wave abnormality, possible inferior ischemia, dr didnt really solve or tell me what it can be. Please help

I really appreciate your concern and if this is the case of complete right bundle branch block then this is the conduction defect of heart and the ST-T changes could be due this only in my opinion the condition need to be investigated and treated accordingly and for that better to see the cardiologist, have a nice day.
