Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

It seems to be your ear lobe has got infected, probably allergic induced. You need to wash the area with clean warm water, dry mop with a good cotton swab and apply any antibiotic cream. This will take care of the infection. If it does not resolve in a couple of days, please do consult your doctor.

Wish you good health
