What Is The Cause Of Recurring Patches On The Tongue ?
My son aged 7 years suferring from tounge paches on every time. He passed stools onnce in a two days. He is not take normal quntity of food he could not take heave diet .

The patches can be due to dehydration and also due to the illness. He needs to be evaluated for Typhoid. Give him enough fluids in the form of ORS. Show him to the Paediatrician for proper diagnosis by stool examination and blood test and get treated.
