Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi any fever more than 10 days old should be investigated thoroughly especially for children whose immunity is very less when compared to adults.Give her plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. Her tiredness and lethargia and her dark circles are all secondary to fever.
Children are more prone for infections as they are exposed to the organisms for the first time. Don't worry once your blood investigations and a proper medical management she will be fine soon. As I told earlier keep her well hydrated with soups, fresh fruit juices and water.
Let's hope for the best. Take care.

General & Family Physician Dr. Kimberly Martin's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

Your daughter may be suffering from anemia. Alternately, she could be suffering from allergies.

It is unlikely that your daughter is suffering from anything serious. The blood test will help determine the cause of her illness. In either case, once the problem has been determined, medication or diet will help alleviate her symptoms.

Be well,
Dr. Kimberly
