Hello
Dark knuckles are a common occurrence and require adequate skin care to treat them.Hands are exposed to various external factors like detergents, cosmetics, harsh chemicals and weather changes.
These damaging elements can cause dryness, skin pigmentation and skin discoloration.
There are various home remedies like applying lemon juice on them daily for five minutes and the scrubbing gently with loofah sponge.
However you must get your blood insulin as well as blood sugar levels checked as some times insulin resistance can cause these dark patchs.
Thanks

The pigmentation of the skin that you are having is commonly associated with pregnancy. It is not likely to be related to the iron supplements that you took during pregnancy. After the pregnancy is over, it gradually fades off in next six months. Using a sunscreen will be helpful.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
