What Is The Cause Of Numbness In My Leg After A Heart Valve Repair?

Hi, I had heart valve repair 3 weeks ago and have been taking Coumadin 5mg since the operation and for another 2 months as a prophylactic for atrial fibrillation. Last few days I get numbness/tingling left arm and leg. My INR is OK, it's 2.5. Should I be concerned? Any ideas?
