I am 31 years old. I have never had a nosebleed before but just got one after stepping out of the shower. It bled pretty fast and quite a bit. It has since slowed considerably but I was wondering what may have caused this? it seems to be just in the left nostril. Thank you.
hello. there are various causes of nose bleeds, including high blood pressure and nasal mass. if the bleeding was significant, then you must not ignore it and meet your ENT doctor soon. he will need to do some tests and then tell you the cause. thanks
