What Is The Cause Of Nausea,cold Sweats And Weakness?

ok my names tiffany im 20 and for the past 2 to 3 years atleast ill have these waves hit me out of nowhere, ill get overheated all of a sudden out of nowhere which then leads into me feeling nautious(i verry rarely actually vomit during these episodes) and then in the middle of all this i break out in a cold sweat and also feel verry weak. ive had my blood tests run and everything came out ok but after later being given more knowledge on blood testing for sugar i realised how could they get an accurate test done if they didnt make me fast beforehand? could it be related to anything besides sugar? ive been taking medication for adhd since i was in 1st grade atleast so needless to say im tiny and have alot of trouble gaining weight along with my super high metabolism....... whats wrong with me? i rarely have a day go by where i dont have 1 of these "fits" and my doctor is starting to think im a hypocondriac

Dear Tiffany,First of all i need to know what drug you are taking for ADHD,as there can be side effects of some medicines..Yes these symptoms can happen because of deranged blood sugar level too, but as you have got checked your blood sugar level but was it random or fasting?....Random blood sugar level does not need fasting..and fasting sugar level needs fasting for at least 8 to 10 hours.If you want to be sure,get a fasting level done.
Apart from that I would highly recommend to get Thyroid profile done ,as deranged thyroid hormones can cause these symptoms too.Also with the help of professional counselar you can manage your anxiety and stress .
