What Is The Cause Of Nausea And Dizziness?

Last night i got up and felt so dizzy and nauseous i was scared because that has never happened before i dont know if its from this paint that the maintenance man was using but it was so strong and he was painting the apartment below us but i could smell that paint.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of nausea and dizziness. The symptoms you mention in query occurring due to nerve disturbance. It seems that there is degeneration of nerve endings. The nerve supplying to middle ear that is vestibulocochlear nerve is getting affected with neuropathy and leads to your symptoms. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult doctor for proper examination and to rule out other causes . Doctor may prescribe medicine to strengthen the nervous system like neurobion forte along with other medicine. You should try to keep ear dry and start doing yoga and meditation. Avoid touching or pricking it with sharp object.
