What Is The Cause Of Lump On The Outer Labia ?
I recently started the Insanity dvd s and I have a quarter sized lump on the outer labia . I also have some swelling that seems like the same thing but its looks kind of veiny. this is all on the left side and is quite painful. I remember having the lump before when I first met my husband and him and I were having a lot of sex. Is this from the constant rubbing from the exercise and or sex?

The swelling is not due to sexual activity you have with your husband.
You already mentioned that it was present before sex but you noticed on that day first time.
It is strange enough.
Usually peoples are more sensitive towards their sex organs, so any change there they notice usually on the same day.
Now don’t waste your time and go to a GP for checkup and follow their advice seriously.
