What Is The Cause Of Lower Stomach Pain, Lower Back Pain, And Vaginal Odor?

Hi my name is ashley i had a baby he'll be seven months on feb 2nd a couple months later i got the depo shot i go back for anoth feb10th but since ive been bleeding non stop id have my regular cycle for the seven days but still bleed aftet wards. some times it red sometimes brown and i even pass dime sized clots from time to time. had very unbarable lower back pain about a week ago it went away but now ive been having severe lower stomache pain that comes and go and my vaginal area smells like onions. Please tell me what could be causing this.

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms indicate urinary track infection and vaginal infection. Back pain and lower abdominal pain are quite characteristic for this condition. You may also have frequent urinating, burning while urinating, strange discharge from vagina.

I suggest you to visit gynecologist and have swab test from vagina done. Urine analysis is also necessary.
