hi Im having lower back ache for a few months now. Its only aches in the night when im sleeping. Not really in the day. What should i do?

sleep in the correct posture, hard bed without pillows.

first of all you need is rest. don't strain your back for a week. use correct posture to sleep,
posture: use flat even surface, use pillows under your thighs evenly. avoid pillows to your head.
rule out the pain, whether it is work-related/others.
