What Is The Cause Of Itchy Rash On Forearms And Inner Thighs?

I have an extremely itchy rash on my forearms and inner thighs. There are small flesh colored bumps that turn red when scratched. It does not react to antihistamine. I have not changedy diet or products used. I have started a new job in a factory dealing with plastic and frequently come in contact with cardboard against my arms but not my legs. I have also moved homes due to y new job. The carpet is new in the living room and hardwood floors. There is no mold. The water is soft where I was accustomed to hard. The itching is incessant and socially embarrassing to have red bumps all over my inner forearms. I can't quit my job or move again. What could be the issue??

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have allergy to some thing, which may be the food, clothes, wool, cosmetics, etc.
I advise you to avoid the things you use daily, and observe. The things which didn't have allergy, may become allergic to you some times.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine, montelekast, and triamcinolone40mg injections fortnightly.
Also prescribe grisofulvin considering it may be the fungal infection.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.

This condition is allergic dermatitis or fungal infection. Oral antiallergic tablet like levo cetrizine 5mg and topical ointment betnovate for 15 days. For fungal infection surfaz ointment and grisiofulvin tablet will be good .With either of the treatment it should be cured. .
