Hello. Thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. This headache could be due to referring pain of toothache and less likely due to medication. Toothache can cause referring pain in jaw/oral cavity/head. It usually subside with relief in tooth problem. Sometimes pain could be due to stress caused by toothache.
You have to consult dentist for management. For pain relief, you can take Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription.

Drug causing headache - As tramadol is a painkiller, it is less likely to cause headache. Its most common side effects are vomiting/sedation.
Penicillin can cause headache, but it is not common. Most common side effects are loose stools, allergy, abdominal cramps.
If headache is due to medicine, it will subside after stopping the drug. But you have to consult it with doctor who prescribed it to you.

Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care.
