What Is The Cause Of Headache And Watering Of The Eye?

I hit my forehead on the right side on Friday I did this on the car door I put a cold compress on it was not sick no dizzyness ect. I have had a headache and my eye is a bit watery I never we to A&E my head feels a bit heavy I have also a cold coming do don t know if that s why my eye is watering.

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Generally with head trauma the greatest risk for complications is during the first 24 hours so you should be safe now.
Also eye watering is not a traumatic brain lesion feature, rest assured about that. Usually if you have cold symptoms it's related to nasal congestion blocking tear ducts, so that must be the cause of the heavy head and eye watering, typical symptoms.
