What Is The Cause Of Gastritis?

i have severe gastritis and passing stools so many times and pain in left lower sideof the abdomen and if gas is released pain get over.during morning i sit in the bathroom a lot of gas comes outand once in 2 months suddenly pass too much watery stools and if i eat oil yfoods indigestion is thereand ;loose motionand no loss of weight and good appetite if there is no intake of oily foods

i want to know what problem is but no vomitting.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given this could be bacterial infection of the big intestine and this cab be treated ]on tentative basis if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicines,
1) Tab doxycycline 100 mg twice in day first two days the once in day for 10 days
2) Tab Dicyclomine twice in day
3) Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
