What Is The Cause Of Fever Post Abdominoplasty And Umbilical Hernia Repair ?

Hi, I had abdominoplasty and umbilical hernia repair 36 hours ago. Am on Tylenol and Cipro antibiotic. Just started a 99.2 fever after its been low all day. Do I need more deep breathing and is ths normal? When is it serious and too high?
