What Is The Cause Of Fatigue, Dizziness, Frequent Urination, Tightness Above The Stomach In A Diabetic With Thyroid ?

Hi I am 42 yr old T1 Diabetic trying hard to maintain good bs I am also on 150microgms of Thyroxine . Have been feeling tired breathless and constrant urge to urinate, Having more lows than highs with sugar . Am aware of a pressure at the top of my stomach and feel like my heart is beating stronger. Fuzzy head and just exhausted!
