What Is The Cause Of Enlarged Liver In A Child ?

Our physician after a physical examination told us that my daughter who is 11years old has an enlarged liver . What could be the cause and please advice treatment procedure.

please mention her height and weight ,is she obese.does she have any other symptoms like jaundice ,fever.she need to under go ultra sound of abdomen ,LFT ,Lipid profile.needs cardiac evaluaion also ,consult paediatrician and proceed
