What Is The Cause Of Earache, Popping Sensation And Soreness?
I have had problems with constant left earaches...I have seem my medical dr and also an ENT dr. twice. They see nothing wrong. My ear pops when I lay down and for the past several months a dull ache and soreness has developed behind my left ear. The ache seems to be getting more constand and a little more painful. Should I be concerned and what should I do?

hello, thanks for ur query, ear is connect by nose by et ( eusthacian tube) , whenever this tube blocked ( cold, flu, sinusitis, allergy) u feel ear block sensation, pain. u can start decongestant tab. xyzal- d ( levocitrizine+ pseudoephidrine) one tab ya bed time for7 days, xylometazoline nasal drops 3 drops/ 3 time/1 week. valsalva manoere ( watch utube ) , chew chewing gum can be tried ,all d best. take care.
