Hello,
I have gone carefully through your concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive for some medical problems. You should rule out Diabetes, thyroid problems, electrolite disturbances ect.
If you were a patient in my clinic i would recommend you to do these exams;
-Glucose level, HbA1c
-Full blood count
-AST, ALT
-Urea and creatinemia
-Na,K,Cl, Ca.
-TSH
Do not hesitate to ask again after having the above results.
Hope the information will help.
