What Is The Cause Of Dry, Burning Sensation Around Outer Lining Of Lips?

Hi, I woke up the other day with a dry burning sensation around the outer lining of my lips? Haven't used anything different on my lips that I know of.
I also have been having trouble swallowing certain things, my throat gets horse from time to time, and I burp a lot!!!
