What Is The Cause Of Dizziness And Faint Outs After A Sleeve Gastrectomy?

Dear Dr, my sister is 35 years female, 100kg s ,160cm s, she has had sleeve gastrectomy 3 months ago & lost 35 Kg s since that ( she was 135 Kg s) , but now she is complaining of continous dizziness & faintouts 1week ago , she went to the doctor &he told her that she has bradycardia! ( which he didn t know its couse after investigations) and now he tells her that she need pacemaker

I really appreciate your concern, if the dizziness is due to the bradycardia then it is the matter of concern. I would suggest to go for cardiac evaluation along with that looking to her history is most advisable to get done the CT of brain, such case demands the close medical observation.
