What is the cause of delayed periods with occasional cramps, nausea and fatigue ?

Hello, Im a little worried right now. I am 22 years old. My boyfriend and I have been trying to get pregnant since a month ago. I have been active for a whole year now and we have never used protection, only the pulled out method untill a month ago when he started eyaculating inside. I am a week late on my period , no spotting at all, only a few cramps here and there since my period was supposed to be due. I am regular on my cycle (between 27 and 29 days every month since a frist started seing my period 12 years ago). For the last two days i have been experiencing nauseas right after i ate, and also i have been feeling EXTREMELY tired like if i cant carry my own body. Im wondering if i could be pregnant or this is only the result of my imagination. I do want to become a mom. Please Help... =(

Pregnant... The blood test for Hcg will be positive now.. urine test will be positive by 21 days ( when you are 7 days late for you period.) Pull out method usually fails, stay in method always fails... sounds like your boyfriend wants to be a father too. Good Luck.
