Hello I am sittin here with my boyfriend and last night he woke up to the foreskin of his penis had cracks and it burnt well this morning he woke up and tried to pull it back and it had white discharge around it can u tell me What it is he has had strep throat for 5 days and the doctor had him on some medicine

hi cracks and white discharge on the foreskin can be candidiasis.Frequently it is associated with bacterial infection.it presents as cracks on the penis along with white discharge around the penis.
it can be managed by daily cleaning of the penis and applying nizral cream twice daily and use of flucanazole weekly once for 3-4 weeks.do not forget to treat the partner.rule out diabetes
