What Is The Cause Of Cough?

i have a tickly cough , body pains , and my stomach feels like a bubbling chemistry set , i do not have a runny or blocked nose , i am not coughing regularly , i do not have diarrea . i have never experianced these feeling before and i have had colds , coughs etc what could it be ?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having mostly GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
Cough can be seen due to micro aspiration from reflux.
And bubbling sensation can be due to gaseous feeling and burning.
Both are seen in GERD.
It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter.
Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms.
Try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid stress and tension.
2. Avoid hot and spicy food.
3. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
4. Start proton pump inhibitors.
5. Go for walk after meals.
6. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in the bed to prevent reflux.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
