What Is The Cause Of Chest Pain, Nose Bleed, Headache?

ive been having chest pains undermybreast i feel ,ike someone is stabbing me and iv had a nose bleed out of the blue when in havent had one in a while and i had one last night i was drenched in blood and ive been having headaches for a month now and they hurt really bad helpp whats wrong with me?

Thanks for your query.
You need to exclude systemic hypertension. You should undergo blood pressure measurement, a chest x-ray, ECG in all leads, Serum C-ANCA estimation, appointment with an ENT specialist to evaluate the epistaxis properly. For symptomatic management you may take 650 mg of paracetamol tablet thrice daily after food for 3-5 days and pantoprazole 40 mg tablet twice daily before food.
