venkat bhai its good that you realised you should stop gutkha. i cannot understamd what by pimples you mean.
however if its at the place where you keep your gutkha, get alert and go to a dentist as quick as possible or upload the picture of that pimple.
gutkha and paan masala are known risk factors for cancer and precancerous conditions.
stop gutkha at once.
use a hexidine mouthwash

Hi venkat, welcome to H.C.M.Forum. one side you are telling that your mouth has infection , over that you started using gutkha ,of course you told that you have stopped, but you should stop it whole heartedly.you need to use anti biotics &creams for pimples with the advise of a doctor ,& should never use gutkha again.practice salt water gargling, washing face with cold water repeatedly.thank you.

1) Keep hygiene your mouth always..by using..,
Lingesterin mouth wash..,
infection part will cover by use HEXIGEL..,
2) Tab Ofloxacin and Ornidazole 2 times daily for 3 days..,
3) Cap..Cobadex forte.....daily for 15 days..,
4) If pain is there ...use Tab. flexon daily 2 times for 2 days..,ok...good luck.,
