What Is The Cause Of Body Ache And Dry Nose?

Hi I'm having this strange feeling in the back of my eyes. Everytime I move them it hurts. Like a dull ache. I also just woke up with a dry bloody nose. I noticed yesterday that my body was kinda achy and it was hard to workout yesterday. I was thinking it was a cold but I didn't get fever. My awareness yesterday was a little slower than normal as well. I lost a little bit of energy. Like I said it was very difficult to workout. I always check my BPM and it is always 68-71. Well yesterday it was 88. The day before that I had a headache. Im not sure what's going on but it's something I never dealt with before.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the infection, fever, sinusitis, cold, some may be appearent and some are not appearent.
All the symptoms are the features of the fever, i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, citrizine, phenylephrine, paracetamol, and ranitidine.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
