What Is The Cause Of Blood Vomit During Pregnancy?

I am 16 weeks pregnant with twins and woke up with diarrea and vomitted some Bright red blood.....I have not thrown up latly so I don t think it s my throat. Just had an ultra sound 2 days ago and everything looks fine. Very worried.....should I go somewhere????

see vomiting blood during pregnancy is of some concern...it can occur due to some causes like dehydration, irregular and improper diet, pregnancy induced hypertension etc...hyperemesis gravidarum is an important cause of blood vomiting and should be of concern...

do the following-
take plenty of fluids and water
take small regular diets
visit your gynaecologist as soon as possible....
